1. Data we collect

  • Email, name (optional), submitted ideas and generated content
  • Stripe payment data (processed solely by Stripe, we never see card details)
  • Cookies only for session and analytics (Plausible – anonymized IP)

2. Purpose

  • To operate the marketplace and deliver purchased ideas
  • Analytics to improve the platform

3. Legal basis

  • Contract (when you submit/buy ideas)
  • Legitimate interest (analytics, fraud prevention)

4. Data retention

Ideas and accounts kept while active. Deletion request → hello@ideamart.eu → removed within 30 days

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability
