By using IdeaMart.eu you agree:
1. Intellectual Property
Ideas themselves are not copyrightable in the EU. We sell the polished package (text, logos, analysis).
2. IP Transfer
After purchase all rights to the package are transferred to the buyer via automated IP Assignment Agreement.
3. Platform Commission
Platform commission 20–25%.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds after PDF delivery.
5. Governing Law
Governing law: the Netherlands.
